Diffuser Refills
Yes! We do offer a refill service on all of our own diffuser jars, plus any special jars you might have as long as they are fit for the purpose.
You have purchased a beautiful jar, why not get it refilled when you have used up all your fragrance! Every little bit helps in trying to preserve our environment.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to bring with you the plastic stopper that goes with your diffuser bottle at the time of refill.
All jars requiring refill do need to be clean before being sent or delivered to us. To achieve this they just need a good (careful) wash in hot soapy water and be thoroughly dry on the inside. You may need to do this several times to get rid of any fragrance residue, particularly if you are wanting to change to a new fragrance.
Please let us know in the notes in your cart when/how you will be returning your empty jar(s) to us for refill so we can keep an eye out for them.

We have listed refill prices for all of the Diffusers we stock which you may wish to refill. If you have your own jar, please contact us for a quote. We are able to send up to 3kg nationwide in NZ (non-rural) for $12.50
PRODUCT INFO
Our Diffusers are made using Premium Reed Diffuser Base and Maximum fragrance per ml of diffuser base.
The fragrances we use are 100% liquid concentrate and these are all made of a natural combination and synthetic materials. They do not contain any phthalates.
Our Reed Sticks are made from 100% Reed (not bamboo) to enhance scent throw.
